Easy Mascarpone Dessert Recipe – Dessert for two

Just the perfect No-Bake dessert for two: Oreo crumbs, mascarpone chocolate cream, and strawberry cream made from a delicious strawberry puree.
You can also use this Strawberry Puree in sweets, cakes, desserts, smoothies, milk, yogurt, mocktails, cocktails or it can be a sauce for ice-cream, pancakes, waffles, desserts.
This Creamy and tasty sweet is ready in just 30 minutes is a fantastic way to complete your date night dinner at home.

Oreo cookies crumbs are great for dessert toppings, crusts or dressing up homemade sweets. For this dessert, we also used fresh strawberries, white chocolate curls.
Strawberry Chocolate mini-Cheesecake Instructions:
Chocolate mascarpone cream:
1. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 20 seconds then take the bowl out and give it a stir. Place the bowl back in the microwave and repeat the process until the chocolate has melted.
2. Beat cold heavy cream on medium-high speed until medium peaks.
3. In a medium bowl with an electric whisk, mix the mascarpone cheese with the condensed milk until smooth and creamy then add the dark chocolate.
4. Slowly fold the whipped cream into the chocolate/mascarpone cream until smooth.
Strawberry mascarpone cream:
1. Wash and cut the strawberries. (130 g) Cook them with sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat for around 10 min. This method is great to enhance the flavor of the berries. Pass the puree through a fine-mesh sieve. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl with an electric whisk, mix the mascarpone cheese with the condensed milk, Strawberry Puree, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Assembly
Place the Oreo cookies in a zip lock bag and hit them with a rolling pin until they’re crushed. Use a 200ml glass and put half the cookie crumbs, and compress them gently.
Fill half the glass with the strawberry cream and the remaining half of the glass with the chocolate cream.
Add strawberries, white chocolate curls and refrigerate for at least 10 min.

Ingredients
Chococlate mascarpone cream
- 50g Mascarpone
- 50g Condensed Milk
- 75ml Heavy Cream
- 50g Dark Chocolate (85%)
Strawberry Mascarpone Cream
- 130g Strawberries (2 tbsp Strawberry Puree)
- 100g Mascarpone
- 25g Condensed Milk
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
