Chocolate mascarpone cream
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 20 seconds then take the bowl out and give it a stir. Place the bowl back in the microwave and repeat the process until the chocolate has melted.
Beat cold heavy cream on medium-high speed until medium peaks.
In a medium bowl with an electric whisk, mix the mascarpone cheese with the condensed milk until smooth and creamy then add the dark chocolate.
Slowly fold the whipped cream into the chocolate/mascarpone cream until smooth.
Strawberry mascarpone cream
Wash and cut the strawberries. (130 g) Cook them with sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat for around 10 min. This method is great to enhance the flavor of the berries. Pass the puree through a fine-mesh sieve. Set aside.
In a medium bowl with an electric whisk, mix the mascarpone cheese with the condensed milk, Strawberry Puree, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Place the Oreo cookies in a zip lock bag and hit them with a rolling pin until they're crushed. Use a 200ml glass and put half the cookie crumbs and compress them gently.
Fill half the glass with the strawberry cream and the remaining half of the glass with the chocolate cream.
Add strawberries, white chocolate curls and refrigerate for at least 30 min.
